Pricing for school charter bus rental in Ontario
Local day-trip school charters typically run $695–$1,195 depending on coach size and total hours. Overnight school trips (Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec City) are priced as multi-day packages from $4,250 for a 40-passenger coach with driver and overnight allowance included. We honour school-board master agreements where they exist and submit POs through your board's preferred AP system.
Safety standards above the regulatory minimum
Every Maple Crown driver completes annual defensive-driving recertification, an annual MTO physical, and a quarterly vehicle pre-trip walkaround documented in our maintenance system. Our coaches are inspected on the manufacturer schedule plus a 90-day independent third-party safety audit. We carry $5M commercial liability — double the Ontario minimum — and add abuse-and-molestation coverage for school charters.
