Sizing the shuttle
Rule of thumb: 1 coach per 50 guests for a single-loop transfer. Add a second mini-coach for staggered hotel pickups.
Loop planning
- Pickup at hotel(s) 90 minutes before ceremony
- Drop at ceremony 20 minutes before start
- Hold or shuttle to reception
- Loops back to hotel from 10 PM until 1 AM
